Founded by Jennifer Reid and Liesl Westberry, StrategyLab brings together more than 30 years of experience in strategy, service planning, organisational development, transformation, facilitation, and financial sustainability. We partner with councils and purpose-driven organisations to navigate complexity, make confident decisions, and deliver meaningful outcomes.

Liesl Westberry
Liesl Westberry is a Principal of StrategyLab Consulting, bringing extensive experience in strategy, integrated planning, service planning and review, organisational performance, and transformation across local government and the private sector.
Liesl helps organisation’s strengthen service and financial performance, implement strategic planning, and make confident, evidence-based decisions. With more than 15 years of experience partnering with organisations, Liesl is recognised for connecting strategic ambition with service delivery, financial sustainability, and measurable outcomes.
Liesl has led organisation-wide transformation initiatives, service review and planning programs, and long-term community and organisational strategies. She has facilitated councillor and executive workshops, designed practical operating models and undertaken complex service reviews.
Holding a Master of Business Administration, together with formal training in change management, Lean Six Sigma, TOGAF business architecture, and design thinking, Liesl brings a thoughtful, analytical, and collaborative approach to solving complex organisational challenges.
Liesl is passionate about helping organisations navigate complexity, strengthen strategic decision-making, and turn ambitious plans into practical, sustainable outcomes.

Jennifer Reid
Jennifer Reid is a Principal of StrategyLab Consulting, bringing extensive experience in strategy, organisational development, integrated planning, facilitation, and transformation across local government.
With more than 15 years' experience partnering with councils, Jennifer helps organisations strengthen service delivery, develop strategies, and navigate complex change. She is known for bringing people together, facilitating meaningful conversations, and aligning strategy, services, and resources to deliver sustainable outcomes.
Jennifer has developed long-term community and organisational strategies, integrated planning frameworks, and guided complex planning processes. She has facilitated councillor and executive workshops, significant staff and community engagement sessions, and helped organisations connect strategic priorities with operational delivery.
Qualified in Commerce and a Master of Business, together with formal training in change management, Lean Six Sigma, and executive leadership, Jennifer combines strategic thinking with a collaborative, people-centred approach.
